AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
We keep all items in stock. Orders are usually processed within a week time. If items ordered are not available in inventory, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail and updated on the status.

Overnight Next Business Day: guaranteed next business day if order is received by 10:00 am CT ($20.00 service charge will be added to your calculated shipping rate)

Second Business Day: guaranteed in two business days if order is received by 10:00am CT ($15.00 service charge will be added to your calculated shipping rate)

Third Business Day: guaranteed in three business days if order is received by 10:00am CT ($10.00 service charge will be added to your calculated shipping rate)

International shipping is available through FedEX international service, please contact us for a quote.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you decided to return/exchange your order, you can do so within 10 days from the receipt of your order. Items should be in its original packaging and sellable condition. All returns should have a return authorization and a merchandise return form printed from our main page. You can obtain a return authorization number by contacting us within 10 days of receipt.

Only returns with proper authorization number and return form are accepted. Please include the product in its original packaging along with a copy of your original receipt and the merchandise return form. Please send your returns and exchanges to the following address.

Returns/exchanges must be received within 10 days from the receipt of the shipment. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after this time period. Unless due to company error, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost on all returned items. Returned merchandise received without a proper return authorization number will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Special order items and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
